A point of view
A Perspective of thought
Intuition is a form of knowledge or knowing that speaks to you as if it were a consciousness. It is a process that gives us the ability to know something directly without analytic reasoning.
There is a point of consideration to take into account there is a very fine line between intuition and hearing voices, we must understand and know the difference.
When we refer to Intuition, it is often referred to as a “gut feeling” and tends to arise holistically and frequently, without warning or awareness of the underlying mental process. It appears to come from the interaction of many distinctive cognitive processes, rather than a single one.
Intuition has the ability to offer a reduction in overall cognitive load as well as the ability to respond instantly while providing confidence in our knowledge and decision making, even though it may defy analysis of understanding. It has a way of being approximate knowledge, and is not infallible by any stretch of the imagination.
Different people use the word “intuition” in very different ways, for example – gut feeling, insight, unconscious knowledge, unconscious cognition, gut feelings, inner sensing to unconscious pattern-recognition.
This ability to understand something instinctively, without any need for conscious reasoning can be classed as following your Intuition. It is also a thinking style, and people who have this ability differ in the degree to which they rely on it with intentional reflection.

- Work with direct (literal) intuition by focusing on an event or situation intently and asking for a direct intuitive experience about it in the near future.
- Work with indirect (symbolic) intuition by getting a piece of paper and a pen or pencil and drawing whatever comes to mind.
- Choose a sense to work with and practice using it to develop your intuition.
- Review your intuitive decision-making to learn from your experiences.
- Actively work on your intuition and have a daily practice of trusting it to strengthen it even in the face of stress.
Remember that intuition is a skill that can be developed with practice and patience. The more you work on your intuition, the more you will be able to recognize and trust it.
