Accepting Who You Are
If you accept that what is done is done, you are left with exactly who you are. You can’t go back in time and alter anything, so work with what you’ve got. Let’s keep things simple: Accept yourself.
Remember you don’t have to alter anything to accept yourself; you simply have to accept who you are…You are just you; try not to think beyond this; it is simply a matter of accepting yourself as you are.
Yes, you may think, “I don’t like this or that about myself,” but you are now allowing negative thoughts and images of who you believe you are instead of simply accepting yourself with the thoughts of being either too large, too skinny, having spots, warts, lumps, and bumps in your shape or figure. Note: this does not suggest that you may use them as an escapist to blame your own fears for not embracing yourself.
Think about this, we are all trying to tell ourselves not to beat ourselves up about these things. Remember that a lot of those problems can be altered with hard work, if not immediately, definitely over time.

One of the most difficult things for us as humans to do is look in the mirror and accept who we are. We have a tendency to see the worst in ourselves, including all of our misdeeds, petty thoughts and sentiments, blunders, and temper tantrums. But all of these different thoughts and characteristics of ourselves, good or bad, make us who we are.
There will be many days when you will endeavor to do the right thing, and as you know, this doesn’t always go as planned. So stop trying to find fault and mend who you are, simply accept who you are. This way, you may discover a feeling of peace in your thoughts, and having this peace brings about a lovely sense of tranquility, enabling the acceptance that you are who you are and that’s alright, it’s all ok.
