Dialectical Behavioural Therapy

This type of therapy is generally used for individuals who are suffering from disorders, some of which are listed below:-
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Eating disorders
Suicidal Thoughts
Personality Disorder

This type of therapy is used as a medium to express an individual’s thoughts and feeling as a way of communicating what they are thinking, feeling, or going through. Allowing for the individual to express their point of view without the need to either write them down or find it hard to express their feeling, and emotions verbally.


Cognitive behaviour therapy (cbt)

This type of therapy is talking therapy allowing an individual to recognise how their internal thoughts and feelings can affect their behaviour and feelings. The idea of this therapy is to break down the understanding to make the therapy easier to understand.


online therapy

This type of therapy can be known as e-therapy which is supported over the internet. The therapy sessions occur in real-time via video calls or phone calls, text messaging or emailing. The latter type of therapy is starting to get traction in this changing environment based on our working and social needs.

  2. Keeping up to date with the knowledge to enable a therapist to offer the best care
  3. Laws and regulations to deliver productive counselling and studies associated with the therapy given.

This type of therapy is designed to help individuals address sexual issues and frustrations both medical and psychological personal that are having an impact on their sexual experiences. Some 43% of women and 31% of men report some degree of sexual dysfunction within their relationships.


hypnotherapy

This type of therapy is designed for hypnosis of the individual allowing for better focus which in turn focuses the mind enabling greater awareness for better problem-solving in areas of phobias and anxiety disorders. Can also be used in areas of pain management, smoking prevention and others.
