A SINGULAR VIEW ON EMOTIONS
Emotions are a form of physiological response that regulate our lives and are expressed through our posture, facial expression, heart rate and blood pressure, to name a few. Our emotions are likely to be an adaptive response to any part of the vital process of normal reasoning and decision-making. Our emotions seem to be a critical part of our learning and memory and have an enormous influence on the maintenance surrounding our well-being.
To this, there are six primary emotions: love, joy, surprise, anger, sadness, and fear, which we will speak about later going through our experience regarding our own Mental understanding, which can be broken down further into secondary emotions. Those emotions increase the likelihood that we will take an action that can affect the way we as people think and act.
Our emotions are generated subconsciously and describe various physiological states, but do not automatically result in feelings; but steer our actions in various ways that influence our thinking, which also have the ability to help us to evolve and drive us to feel multiple emotions for example excitement, pleasure, and even anger to name but a few. Furthermore, our emotions affect our whole demeanour and health and our ability to understand other people’s behavioural responses, which play a huge role in our understanding of emotional intelligence.
If we go back and look at the six primary emotions and touch on them for the minute listed below we can get an idea of how these emotions affect our emotional intelligence:
.Love.
Love: This is a very large and complex subject matter that each individual can explain from their own point of view what love means or them.

Love can mean different things to different people, so i will take this point of view on love.
The one point of view on love, whereby it’s the complete opening up and sharing oneself and your feelings with another who you profoundly cherish feel pssionate about. A lover a partner a life love for another individual. The view of acceptance for who they are, the trust, loyalty and commitment, the self -sacrifice for another.
.Joy.
Joy: Here lies another large subject matter to which i will also give a singular point of view on, and let’s see if anyone of you can identify with my points on this matter. let’s explore.
Another singular point of view on joy, remember its how you feel and how you express your joy in a positive manner.
Joy can make you feel great pleasure via how you feel. You can feel great joy deep within you as if it’s rooted in your soul as it radiates out from you as well as how your mind is letting you know the joy in your heart.

.Surprise.
Surprise: Remember; this is only a one point view on the subject. As stated previously; there can be a multitude of expressive views on these various emotions. So understand me from just one.

Surprise can be described as an emotional state of an unexpected event, which can be seen as a feeling of wonder or astonishment. This emotion can bring forth feelings of joy, excitement through to fear as well as anxiety, not with standing this can bring about in the same instance positive and negative emotions depending on the circumstance, so take note when feeling these emotions, because they can be misleading if you just fleet over it and not pay attention to what you are experiencing.
.Anger.
Here lies another brief explanation of based on my own point of view on anger.
Anger can be described as a basic human emotion whereby you feel deliberately hard done by, by someone, and it can lead to an individual expressing their negative feelings towards someone which can be positive and negative. This emotion can affect you physically in a profound way whereby, it can lead to physical changes in the individual and affect your blood pressure having effects on your heart rate and further leading to serious mental health issues having long-term effects transformed from verbal into physical from the pent up emotions from feeling sad, lonely, threatened etc.

.Fear.
A Personal point of view on fear

Fear is a complex emotion a response to a perceived threat or danger. It is a natural and instinctive reaction that has evolved to help humans and animals survive by prompting them to either confront or avoid potentially harmful situations.
Here are 3 examples of the fear index.
1. Survival Instinct: Fear is deeply ingrained in our biology as a survival mechanism. It’s a response to perceived threats or danger.
2. Past Trauma: Sometimes, fear is rooted in past traumatic experiences. An event from your past, whether recent or in childhood, can create deep-seated fears that influence your current emotional state.
3. Anxiety: Generalized anxiety is a common mental health condition that can cause excessive and persistent fear or worry. Anxiety disorders often have no clear, rational cause, and the fear can be irrational or disproportionate to the situation, so keep it in mind.
.Sadness.
The power and purpose of sadness
Sadness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of disappointment, grief, or helplessness. It often arises in response to situations such as loss, failure, or unmet expectations. Sadness can help people process and respond to difficult situations, encouraging reflection and growth. For example, sadness after a loss can lead to introspection, helping individuals come to terms with the change and eventually find a way to move forward. However, prolonged or intense sadness, especially when it interferes with daily life, can be a symptom of depression, a more serious mental health condition that may require professional support.
